Get an Instant Favor

When you ask someone a small favor, they’re far more likely to do it if you add the word because.  Psychologist Ellen Langer conducted a study that found that people were 34 percentage points more likely to heed simple requests when they contained that magic word.  So if you say, “Excuse me, may I jump ahead in line?  My parking meter runs out in two minutes,” there’s a 60-percent chance the favor will be granted.  But if you say you need to skip the line because your meter is running out, the likelihood leaps to 94 percent.  Langer also found that saying “because” even with a flimsy excuse raises your odds of success. . . .


Maintain Strong Hips

Keeping both feet planted on the ground seems like a good way to avoid shattering a hip.  However, a study from Brigham Young University found that women ages 25 to 50 who jumped in place ten times in a row twice a day upped their hip bone density in just 16 weeks.  Find a spacious, flat spot, and rest 30 seconds between hops. . . .


Get Past the Pain

A university research team in Germany exposed 20 people to a painful cold stimulus and told them to use one of three methods to mitigate pain:  counting backward from 1,000 by sevens, thinking of something pleasant, or telling themselves the pain isn’t that bad.  Researchers found that counting backward works best because it requires enough concentration to distract from the pain, even reducing pain intensity by 50 percent in some people.  So the next time you bang your funny bone, skip the cussing and start counting.

It’s no small irony that most of the organizations claiming to promote truth and counter disinformation are in fact doing the exact opposite. . . .

Were it not for the mainstream media pumping out misleading if not flat-out false information on a daily basis for months on end, the COVID-19 pandemic would have been a mere blip on the public’s radar. None of the draconian, freedom-robbing measures would have been remotely possible. . . .

Knowing what you now know about the CFR, comments by Richard Stengel, the top state media appointee for President [sic] Biden’s transition team, will probably make a lot more sense.

During a 2018 CFR forum on fake news, Stengel — a CFR member and Atlantic Council fellow, former State Department official for the Obama administration, former managing editor for Time magazine, strategic adviser to Snap Inc., which runs Snapchat and Bitmoji and a political analyst on MSNBC — insisted governments must use propaganda on their citizens. . . .

When it comes to the actual dissemination of fake news and propaganda, news agencies play a central role, and there’s only three of them: The Associated Press (AP), Reuters and Agence France-Presse (AFP). . . .

“The key role played by these agencies means Western media often report on the same topics, even using the same wording. In addition, governments, military and intelligence services use these global news agencies as multipliers to spread their messages around the world. . . ."

In short, until or unless at least one of these news agencies sends out a notice, national and local media are unlikely to report on an event. Even photos and videos are typically sourced directly from these global news agencies. This way, people hear, see and read the exact same message everywhere. . . .

Any number of COVID-19 restrictions, for example, have been illogical in the extreme, which tells us they’re not about protecting people from infection. It’s about something else, and that something else has often been the purposeful destruction of small businesses to facilitate wealth transfer from the middle- and lower class to the top echelon. Ultimately, that is the plan, and to stop it, we have to stop believing the propaganda. It’s just that simple.  And that challenging.

A 39-year-old healthy single mother from Utah died four days after taking a second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine on Feb. 1.

According to local news channel KUTV, her family said that Kassidi Kurill, who was a surgical technician for plastic surgeons, “had more energy” than most people around her and was a happy person with no known health problems.

“I didn’t really cry when my dad died. I cry a lot for her,” her father, Alfred Hawley, a former fighter pilot in the Air Force, told the outlet. “She was the one who promised to take care of me.”

“She was seemingly healthy as a horse,” Hawley told Fox News. “She had no known underlying conditions.”

No one will trust the medical profession again after the way NIH and the WHO have lied to make money and cover up for the CCP. Doctors can kiss trust in their statements goodbye. RIP.

A bunch of people have died days after getting the vaccine; "not vaccine related!" they say. A bunch of people have died while having covid antibodies; "absolutely covid related!" they say.

This Associated Press story highlights a reality that seriously undermines a narrative -- embraced by many in the media -- that the imposition of more COVID restrictions is tantamount to greater "safety" and "following the science."  A Biden administration health official was stumped by the California vs Florida disconnect on MSNBC recently, and here's the AP spotlighting the Inconvenient truth further . . . .

California and Florida both have a COVID-19 case rate of around 8,900 per 100,000 residents since the pandemic began, according to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. And both rank in the middle among states for COVID-19 death rates — Florida was 27th as of Friday; California was 28th.

The humidity inside the mask will rapidly allow pathogenic bacteria to grow and multiply. By breathing through a microbe-infested mask, you risk inhaling these pathogens. Bacterial pneumonia, facial rashes, fungal infections on the face, "mask mouth" (bad breath, tooth decay and gum inflammation) and candida mouth infections have all risen after mask mandates were implemented. The presence of microbes in your lungs can also worsen lung cancer pathogenesis.

COVID-19 mRNA gene therapy “vaccines” are fast-tracked products released under emergency use authorization — animal trials were skipped and human trials aren’t even completed yet — and based on historical and preliminary evidence, significant short- and long-term side effects are inevitable.

Another point being largely ignored in the mainstream media is that it’s unknown if the COVID-19 vaccines prevent transmission, putting a major hole in the push for vaccine-driven herd immunity.

Unlike conventional vaccines, which use an antigen of the disease you’re trying to prevent, the COVID-19 injections contain synthetic RNA fragments encapsulated in a nanolipid carrier compound, the sole purpose of which is to lessen clinical symptoms associated with the S-1 spike protein, not the actual virus.

They do not actually impart immunity or inhibit transmissibility of the disease. In other words, they are not designed to keep you from getting sick with SARS-CoV-2; they only are supposed to lessen your infection symptoms if or when you do get infected.

78-year-old Joe Biden fell several times while boarding Air Force One on Friday.

Biden tried jogging up the stairs to board Air Force One en route to Atlanta and fell hard on his knee.

At first Biden appeared to trip on a step and quickly caught himself.

Biden tripped a second time and used his hand to break his fall but he couldn’t pull himself up.

The third stumble took Biden out and he was completely down on his knees.

In the European Union (EU), organic standards are far stricter than USDA Organic!

What this means for US consumers is that they must do far more than buy organically certified food if they want their diet to be maximally clean and nutritious. . . .

A huge problem with USDA Organic is the potential for GMOs.

Most consumers have no idea that foods stamped USDA Organic can legally contain up to 5% GMO ingredients!

The failure of the USDA to protect consumers by prohibiting GMOs in organic foods and requiring GMO labeling on nonorganic foods are two reasons why the Non-GMO Project has grown so rapidly in just the past few years. . . .

When it comes to sourcing some foods, it is best to insist on both organic AND nonGMO verified certifications.

This is because cross-contamination of organic crops is a BIG problem.

USDA Organic certification does not guarantee that the food hasn’t been contaminated with GMO crops that were grown in the vicinity.

This is particularly important for crops like corn, since over 90% of corn grown today is GMO.

To solve this problem, I recommend getting foods that are BOTH organic AND nonGMO verified.

Mid-March 2021, Moderna started testing its mRNA COVID-19 vaccine on children between the ages of 6 months and 11 years

As of March 5, 2021, the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) had received 31,079 adverse reaction reports for COVID-19 vaccines, including 1,551 deaths

CDC statistics puts the death rate following COVID mRNA vaccination at 0.0024% — significantly higher than that following influenza vaccination at 0.0000265% . . .

Equally unjustifiable is the fact that death within months of a positive SARS-CoV-2 test was automatically pegged as a COVID-19 death, whereas death within days or even hours of the vaccine is shrugged off as coincidental, no matter how many times it happens. It is reprehensibly inexcusable the way these deaths are being attributed. . . .

There are compelling reasons to suspect these vaccines may contribute to death further down the line, perhaps months or a few years into the future.  Those ending up with permanent disability as a result of these vaccines will be at increased risk of early death, and there’s no telling how these vaccines might impact the longevity of children . . .

I suspect that once more celebrities start dying from the vaccines, more people might start to rethink their decision to get vaccinated. Mainstream media and industry-allied fact checkers are working overtime, though, to “debunk” any suggestion of a link between deaths and the vaccines. . . .

Taking vacations could prolong life. That's the finding of a 40-year study presented today at ESC Congress and accepted for publication in The Journal of Nutrition, Health & Aging.

"Don't think having an otherwise healthy lifestyle will compensate for working too hard and not taking holidays," said Professor Timo Strandberg, of the University of Helsinki, Finland. "Vacations can be a good way to relieve stress."

The study included 1,222 middle-aged male executives born in 1919 to 1934 and recruited into the Helsinki Businessmen Study in 1974 and 1975. Participants had at least one risk factor for cardiovascular disease (smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, elevated triglycerides, glucose intolerance, overweight). . . .

Shorter vacations were associated with excess deaths in the intervention group. In the intervention group, men who took three weeks or less annual vacation had a 37% greater chance of dying in 1974 to 2004 than those who took more than three weeks. Vacation time had no impact on risk of death in the control group.

Professor Strandberg said: "The harm caused by the intensive lifestyle regime was concentrated in a subgroup of men with shorter yearly vacation time. In our study, men with shorter vacations worked more and slept less than those who took longer vacations."

Rather than disseminate facts, the current Covid-19 Task Force shares lies tailored to fit an immoral agenda: cripple the economy, keep the population locked down in dire fear, and profit massively from vaccine sales. Their clandestine meetings are held thrice weekly, twice via videoconference and once, curiously, in a board room at the Capitol Hilton Hotel. Biden has not attended a meeting of either type since taking office. . . .

Fauci forbids discussion of vaccine side effects, or talk of, God forbid, persons the vaccines have reportedly killed. If anyone speaks negatively about the vaccines, Fauci quickly silences them. At the briefing our source attended, White House Communications Director Kim Bedingfield was alarmed that Tiffany Dover’s name was still aswirl in alternative media. A young, fit and healthy nurse from Alabama, Dover mysteriously vanished from public view after her vaccination was broadcast nationally. . . .

“Fauci said too many people, and he specifically mentioned Trump supporters, were hampering vaccination efforts. He told everyone in attendance they needed to do a better job to convince the public to register for vaccinations. That’s when I witnessed a real bombshell,” our source said.

The goofy face of Pfizer CFO Frank D’Amelio joined the meeting via videocall, and the topic immediately turned to vaccine profits. . . .

“D’Amelio told Fauci to keep people believing Covid would kill them; the more people believed covid would kill them, the greater the sales. Without directly saying so, he encouraged Fauci to manufacture more and more Covid-19 cases.”

“I think it’s time Michigan, California, and Washington get a Covid spike,” Fauci said. “We know Whitmer, Newsome, and Inslee are onboard.”

The implication was clear and tangible: the task force would command Deep State governors to inflate infection rates once again artificially.

They even have tactics for handling uncooperative Republican governors, our source said.

“They’re sidestepping the governors and going directly to Democratic strongholds in Republican States. In Dallas, for example, the task force contacted Mayor Eric Johnson and County Judge Clay Jenkins, both hardcore Democrats, and said they were disappointed in the number of Dallas residents getting vaccinated. The next day Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services said Covid-19 cases were up 20% and that Covid is now the leading cause of death in the county. All fabricated at the request of Fauci & Co. and Big Pharma,” our source said. . . .

“Oh, and at the briefing I was at, Fauci was not wearing a mask. No one was,” he said.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Friday signed an executive order that bars the usage of CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus “vaccine passports,” becoming the first governor in the United States to take action against what civil liberties groups say is a potential privacy nightmare.

The Republican governor’s order comes after unconfirmed reports that the Biden administration could be working on implementing a vaccine passport-type system in the United States, although White House press secretary Jen Psaki later said there is no federal mandate for it but said the administration will “provide guidance” to private companies regarding similar systems.

“Today I issued an executive order prohibiting the use of so-called COVID-19 vaccine passports,” DeSantis wrote in a tweet on Friday. “The Legislature is working on making permanent these protections for Floridians and I look forward to signing them into law soon.”

DeSantis has repeatedly criticized the proposals for vaccine passports. On Monday, the governor said he would forbid local governments and businesses in Florida [to require] vaccine passports, or documents showing one has been vaccinated for the CCP virus, which causes COVID-19.

Back in December, Harrison Deal, a young staffer who worked for former Georgia Sen. Kelly Loeffler, died in what the mainstream media described as “a car crash.” According to attorney Sidney Powell, though, Deal was actually murdered.

During a recent appearance on “The Right Side” with Doug Billings, Powell explained that the alleged crash “was no car accident” at all, but rather a planned assassination.

“He was vaporized by whatever the explosion was,” Powell told Billings and viewers. “Some people who know more about it than I do tell me it had to have been thermite to have triggered a fireball such as happened in that car.”

Thermite, by the way, appears to have been the explosive material that was used to bring down the World Trade Center (WTC) towers on 9/11.

Powell further revealed that a Georgia Bureau of Investigation agent who was investigating Deal’s death also turned up dead “by a gunshot wound to the head within a week.”

The apparent reason for these two murders is that Loeffler and her team were getting too close to the truth concerning those involved with the 2020 election heist. They thus had to be silenced.

Police and mainstream jewsmedia, even the scumbag GBI, are saying he died from shooting himself and called his death a suicide. Anything else is “baseless theories.” Gee, where have we heard that phrase a million times before? From the same MSM that says there is “no proof” of election fraud.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell launched a new social media platform, “Frank,” on Monday morning, but users aren’t yet able to set up profiles to interact on the platform.

“Frank was attacked, it’s the biggest attack in history next to the election,“ Lindell said in the livestream, suggesting that the platform is facing cyberattacks “from all over the world.”

Lindell made the remarks as he is holding a 48-hour live stream as a “backup plan.” The livestream had around 15 million views at around noon, increasing to about 90 million at 10 p.m., Lindell said.

Frank, also known as Frank Speech, is described to be a mix of YouTube and Twitter.

Noting that he’s received death threats, Lindell said he has his own servers so that when the website goes operational, it won’t be vulnerable to being shut down by third-party providers. Earlier this year, social media website Parler was effectively de-platformed after Amazon Web Services took it down, and after Google and Apple removed it from their respective app stores.

In his post-match press conference, Novak Djokovic was quizzed extensively about his views on vaccines and their growing demand amongst the players on the ATP tour. But the Serb took a non-committal stand, asserting that he didn't want to be dragged into the 'sensitive' issue.

He did, however, stress that people should always have freedom of choice when it comes to using vaccines. . . .

I hope that it doesn't become compulsory; that's the only thing," Djokovic said. "I am saying that clearly and openly right now, because I am fully against that. I think everyone should have the freedom of choice to do whatever they want. Especially if you're harming somebody's physical integrity and their body. There should always be a choice whether you want to get vaccinated or not." . . .

And, in our case, the decision whether I'm going to get vaccinated or not for myself, I think it's a it's a private, it's an intimate decision," Novak Djokovic said. "And I don't want to go into this game of a pro and against vaccines, which the media unfortunately is creating nowadays."

One VAERS report describes a 33-year-old pilot from Mississippi who took Pfizer’s vaccine and developed vision problems among numerous other symptoms.

“I noticed a headache in the very top of my head within an hour of getting the vaccine,” he reported. “I thought it was normal because everyone I know said they got a headache from it. Over the next few hours, the pain moved down the back of my neck and became a burning sensation at the bottom of my skull.”

“Two days after receiving the vaccine I flew my plane and immediately noticed something was wrong with me,” the report continues. “I was having a very hard time focusing. Approximately 2 hours into my flying I felt sudden and extreme pressure in my head and nearly blacked out. I immediately landed and stopped flying.”

The pilot experienced the same thing two days later when he tried flying again. The burning in his neck intensified and was accompanied by dizziness, nausea, disorientation, confusion, uncontrollable shaking, and tingling in his toes and fingers.

The patient was diagnosed with vertigo and prescribed a medication which provided “no relief,” according to the VAERS account. He underwent extensive testing including balance, eye, and hearing tests, CT and MRI scans, and he was informed that an allergic reaction to the Pfizer COVID vaccine had increased the pressure in his spinal cord and brain stem.
